Kauai Uncanny is a student led podcast series from the Writting For Media class at Kaua'i Community College. "The Menehune and Their Creations" is a self-created podcast episode with my original research, writing, narration, interviewing, illustration, music, and editing. Utilizing Audition, Illustrator, and Logic Pro, I have also contributed to other episodes' interviews, music, and written descriptions in this series. The Menehune have always been a source of mystery. For the longest time, we’ve known them to create the impossible in the darkness of a single night. From the dressed stone of Kikiaola Ditch to Alakoko Fishpond, their marvels are numerous and have stood the test of time. But were they actual supernatural beings? Or were they just normal people?
