For me, the ideal classroom environment is student-centered. I strive to create learning scenarios where the students are undertaking group projects while I move between groups facilitating discussions.

I encourage learners to engage in groups because I believe conversation with others helps students to express, challenge and refine their thought processes. By listening to peers, students can also hear new perspectives that may broaden their horizons and deepen their own knowledge"

As one of just 20 educators in central volunteering as didigital change agents under Uganda Institute of ICT (UICT-Nakawa. we serves as a Digital Change Agent an initatitve from the Ministry of ICT & National Guidance, in partnership with UICT Nakawa. This role involves championing digital literacy across our communities and we take through people in a number of paid ICT courses under CISCO with the teachers it raises awareness about the importance of digital inclusion in teaching and learning
