Step 1

To access all your trip details and manage your booking, head to the Contiki.com homepage and click on the Traveller Log In button located in the top right corner.

From there, you can sign in and start exploring everything Contiki has to offer for your upcoming adventure!

Step 2

Remember, all guests within a booking need to create their own accounts.

MyContiki serves as your personalised online hub where you can manage all your travel details, documents, and more, ensuring everything is organised ahead of your adventure!

Step 3

Once you're logged in, this page will appear.

To personalise and manage your upcoming trip, simply add your booking to your MyContiki account.

This will allow you to keep all your travel details in one place and make any necessary adjustments with ease!

Step 4

To add your booking to MyContiki, enter your name exactly as it appears on your passport.

Make sure to fill in both your first and last name, along with your booking reference number.

This ensures your details match and your trip is correctly registered!

Step 5

Once you're logged into your MyContiki account, you'll have access to a variety of tabs with essential details about your booked trip.

This includes your trip itinerary, registration, travel documents, and booking information.

Plus, there's a Need Some Help? section to provide you with quick support and assistance during your travels!

Booking Details

The Booking Details tab in your MyContiki account gives you all the important information about your trip.

Here, you'll find your booking number, the date you made the reservation, the specific Contiki trip you’ve booked (including days, nights, dates, and accommodation details) and the names of the guests included in the booking.

If you’ve used any promo codes or purchased travel protection like the Gold Seal Protection, that information will also be listed here for your reference.

Be sure to keep this information updated in your MyContiki account.

Trip Registration

Contiki requires some essential information to ensure everything runs smoothly during your trip.

This includes providing your trip contact details, emergency contact information, passport details, and travel insurance details. These details are important for your safety and the logistics of your journey, ensuring you have all the necessary support in case of any unexpected events.

Special Requirements & Personalisation

Let Contiki know about any special requirements you may have, such as dietary restrictions, allergies, or medical needs, so they can pass this information along to your Trip Manager. They’ll make every effort to accommodate your needs and ensure you have a smooth and enjoyable experience.

You can also share your travel passions—let them know what you're most excited about for your trip, whether it’s exploring a certain city, tasting local food, or diving into new adventures. This helps them tailor your experience to make it even more memorable.
