Genres including Romance, Thriller, Horror, and mild adult/erotic content
All content is fictional and AI-generated or licensed, intended for entertainment purposes only.
By using the App, you agree:
Not to misuse, abuse, or exploit the App
Not to attempt hacking, reverse engineering, or disrupting the App
Not to use the App for unlawful activities
Not to upload or distribute harmful, offensive, or illegal content (if user-generated features are introduced in the future)
All content available on Kahani Adda+, including text, audio, graphics, logos, and design, is owned by or licensed to Kahani Adda+.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or publicly display any content without prior written permission
Unauthorized use may result in legal action
Kahani Adda+ may offer paid features through subscriptions or in-app purchases.
Subscription plans may include monthly, quarterly, or yearly options
Payments are securely processed through third-party payment gateways such as Razorpay
By purchasing, you agree to the pricing, billing cycle, and applicable terms
Subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled in advance
Users are responsible for managing and canceling their subscriptions
All purchases made on Kahani Adda+ are final and non-refundable.
We do not provide refunds for:
Partial subscription periods
Unused content
Accidental purchases
For billing-related issues, users may contact us for support.
The App may display advertisements from third-party ad networks.
We are not responsible for the accuracy, content, or reliability of third-party ads
Any interaction with ads is at your own risk
The App does not require user registration or login
Some features may rely on device-based storage or identifiers
The App contains fictional content, including mature and suggestive themes
Content is intended strictly for users aged 18+
Kahani Adda+ does not promote illegal, harmful, or non-consensual behavior
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kahani Adda+ shall not be liable for:
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of data, revenue, or profits
User interpretation or misuse of content
Issues arising from third-party services (ads, payments, etc.)
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App at our discretion if:
You violate these Terms
Your usage poses a risk to the App or other users

Updated Terms will be posted within the App
Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms
