Terms and Conditions

The following Conditions will govern all work done by KAGA (U.S.A.), INC.

All work received to KAGA (U.S.A.), INC. for processing will be deemed contracted for and subject to the following terms and conditions unless a written waiver or variance, signed by an officer of KAGA (U.S.A.), INC. has been obtained in advance.

  • Since each order is unique to customer and has no re-sale value, all sales are final. If KAGA (U.S.A.), INC. verify that we made an error, we will replace the order. No Refunds or Credit.

  • Parts as processed by KAGA (U.S.A.), INC. are presumed to be accepted as satisfactory by you if we are not notified of damages, shortages, or other discrepancies within five working days of your receipt of the same. In order to receive replacement customer must return 100% of the received product within 15 days (at their own expense) from the time when the ordered product delivery was taken.

  • You understand that all information, data, text, photographs, graphics, messages or other content are the sole responsibility of the person from which such content originated. This means that you, and not us , are entirely responsible for all content that you use form our gallery or send, upload, post or transmit via the Service. Recognizing the global nature of the Internet, you agree to comply with all local rules regarding online conduct and acceptable content.

  • Please review your order prior to submitting. Customer is fully responsible for final proof and layout approval prior to the printing process. KAGA (U.S.A.), INC. is NOT LIABLE for errors in a final product caused by any of the following reasons:

Misspelling, Graphics, Grammar, Damage Fonts, Punctuation, Transparency, Finished Product Size. We DO NOT make any changes on customer files.

  • All artwork or designs and images must be provided in PDF format. KAGA (U.S.A.), INC. is not responsible for images printed as fuzzy, distorted or pixilated due to customer provided artwork.

  • KAGA (U.S.A.), INC. will be happy to help you cancel your order prior to approval. However, orders may not be cancelled or refunded once they have been process of marking or any process thereafter.

  • KAGA (U.S.A.), INC. will always act to make sure that any production difficulties do not delay delivery schedules. In no case shall KAGA (U.S.A.), INC. be liable for any consequential or damages resulting from any delay in shipment or delivery. Orders must be shipped at whole quantities and may not be split up. KAGA (U.S.A.), INC. is not responsible for 3rd party shipping errors, omissions or damaged shipments. When a package is not delivered due to an error made by the customer in submitting the proper shipping address, KAGA (U.S.A.), INC. will reship the package with corrected address and charge an additional shipping fee for the shipment.

  • Payment must be completed in 14 days after receiving invoice by credit card. Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and Discover cards accepted.

The above Terms and Conditions are applicable to ALL orders received or processed by KAGA (U.S.A.), INC.
