Provided consultation on language to include in the MI adaptation of the Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA) federal legislation as it relates to inclusion of school library programs and digital literacy standards and recommended indicators for use in evaluating school library media programs. Michigan State Board of Education meeting. Provided consultation on the revised School Library endorsement standards, which were presented to the State Board and later passed with no discussion.
