This Privacy Policy describes how the mobile game Arrow Unlock: Tap Away Puzzle ("the App", "the Game"), published by Kafaadim ("we", "us"), handles information when you use the App on your Android device.
1. Summary
Arrow Unlock is an offline puzzle game. It does not require an account and does not ask for your name, email address, phone number, location, contacts, photos, or any other personal information. The App is built with the Unity engine, which may automatically collect a device identifier and limited technical information for analytics and performance purposes, as described below. We do not sell your data or use it to personally identify you.
2. Information Collected Through Unity
The App is developed using the Unity game engine. To support analytics and performance monitoring, Unity may automatically collect:
– A device identifier or other identifiers
– Technical information about your device (such as device model, operating system version, and hardware characteristics)
This information is transmitted securely (encrypted in transit) and is used only for analytics purposes — to understand app performance, diagnose crashes, and improve the game. 3. Information We Do Not Collect
We do not collect:

4. Data Stored Locally on Your Device
To provide core gameplay features, the App saves a small amount of game data only on your own device (using Android local storage). This includes: your current level progress, coins earned, hints owned, daily challenge streak, and sound/music preferences. This data never leaves your device, is not accessible to us, and is deleted when you uninstall the App or clear its storage in Android settings.
5. Internet Access
The core Game (solving levels) is playable offline. An internet connection may be used for analytics as described in Section 2, and may be required for certain optional features in future versions. If you choose not to use optional online features, you can continue playing the Game offline.
6. Advertising
The current version of the App does not display third-party advertising and does not integrate any advertising SDK. If a future update introduces advertising, this Privacy Policy will be updated before that version is released, and it will identify the advertising partners involved and describe the data they may process, together with the choices available to you.
7. In-App Purchases
The App does not offer in-app purchases and does not process payments.
8. Children's Privacy
The App is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The technical data collected through Unity (Section 2) is used solely for analytics and is not used to build profiles of users. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us at the address below and we will address it promptly.
9. Security
Data transmitted through Unity is encrypted in transit. Game progress stored locally on your device is protected by your device's own security measures.
10. Your Rights
Depending on your country of residence (including the EU/EEA under GDPR and other jurisdictions), you may have rights regarding personal data such as access, correction, and deletion. For requests concerning data processed through Unity, please refer to Unity's privacy policy linked in Section 2. You can delete all locally stored game data at any time by uninstalling the App or clearing its storage.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example when new features (such as advertising) are added. The current version will always be available at this URL, with the effective date shown at the top.
