Apple is not responsible for:
The App
Its content
Maintenance or support
Claims related to the App
If the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price (if applicable). To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no further warranty obligations.
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement and may enforce its terms.
