• Device Information: We may collect non-personal information about the device you use to access the app (model, OS version) to ensure app stability.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide the Service (Log in, save progress, matchmake in the Online Lobby).

• Display your Username and Country on the global "Hall of Fame" leaderboard.

• Fix bugs and improve app performance.

3. Third-Party Services

We use third-party services, which may collect information used to identify you.

PART 2: TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By downloading or using the app, these terms will automatically apply to you.

1. Accounts

When you create an account with us, you will be asked to select a unique Username. You are not required to use your real legal name; we encourage the use of a pseudonym or "Gamertag".

Please choose carefully, as Usernames are permanent and cannot be changed once your profile is created. You are responsible for safeguarding the device and account that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your account.

2. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (including the KADXO Arena name, logo, source code, unique visual design, and specific feature implementations) are the exclusive property of Kahangwa Daniel. While the underlying concept of Tic-Tac-Toe is in the public domain, the specific expression, coding, and arrangement of this application are protected by copyright. 

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Engage in cheating, hacking, or exploiting bugs to gain an unfair advantage.

• Harass or abuse other players in the lobby or game.

We reserve the right to suspend your account immediately if you breach these Terms.

4. Disclaimer & Liability

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. KAHANGWA .A. Daniel Tech Innovations & Crafts  shall not be liable for any indirect damages, loss of data, or loss of use resulting from your access to or use of the Service.
