Membership Registration Process
To become a member of KACCIMA, follow these steps:
Purchase an e-Registration PIN:
New members need to obtain an e-Registration PIN to complete the membership application. This can be purchased at our office or through our website.
Complete the Membership Form:
Use the e-Registration PIN to access and fill out the membership application form online. Ensure all details are accurate and complete.
Submit Required Documents:
Submit physical copies of necessary documents, including business registration certificates, identification, and other relevant paperwork to our office for verification.
Approval and Confirmation:
Once your application and documents are reviewed and approved, you will receive a confirmation of your membership along with your unique Membership ID.
Updating Membership Information
For existing members, it is essential to keep your information up to date. To do this, follow these steps:
Purchase an e-Update PIN:
Obtain an e-Update PIN to access and update your membership information online. This allows you to change details such as contact person, office address, and more.
Update Your Information:
Use the e-Update PIN to log in and update your records. Ensure all changes are accurate and complete.
Issuance of Smart Membership ID Card:
Both new and existing members will be issued a new super-connected plastic Smart Membership ID Card, which includes QR codes for full membership details and e-attendance at events.
Unlocking Your Digital Showroom
Our digital showroom platform offers three subscription plans to cater to your business needs: Silver, Gold, and Diamond. These plans are designed to provide varying levels of features and customization to showcase your products and services online effectively.

Our digital showroom keys are granted access by our collaborators, A. I. Softwares, located at their branch office in the Trade Fair Complex.

Follow the guided steps to set up and customize your digital showroom, ensuring it reflects your brand identity and attracts potential clients.
Activate Your Showroom:
Once your showroom is set up, submit it for review. Upon approval, you will receive a unique link to share with your audience.
Promote Your Showroom:
Leverage your digital showroom link across your website, social media, and marketing materials to reach a broader audience.
