About Me
I have academic expertise surrounding the development of collective behaviour in team sports. I have researched how coaches develop teams and the learning that takes place within high-performance sporting environments.
I have academic expertise surrounding the development of collective behaviour in team sports. I have researched how coaches develop teams and the learning that takes place within high-performance sporting environments.
I help current practitioners interact with current and future research and benefit from its application within their own practical contexts.
I apply an ecological dynamics approach to human movement and believe that non-linear pedagogies further reinforce the learning of athletes. Through an understanding of these theories and frameworks, I create holistic and athlete-centred coaching environments.
