KaaryaBook we helps users manage workers, attendance, advance payments, salary balances, and cash-book transactions.

Mobile number used for login and OTP verification.
Account and authentication information.
Worker details such as name, mobile number, salary type, and salary amount.
Attendance, overtime, advance payment, salary, and cash-book records.
Subscription and payment transaction details.
Basic technical and diagnostic information required to operate the App.
We do not collect or store your payment card, UPI PIN, or banking passwords.
We use information to:
Create and manage your account.
Provide attendance, labor, salary, advance, and cash-book features.
Synchronize your data across devices.
Process subscriptions and payments.
Provide customer support.
Improve security, reliability, and App performance.
Some information may be stored locally on your device so the App can work offline. When synchronization is available, your information may be securely uploaded to our cloud services.
KaaryaBook may use trusted third-party services such as:
Supabase for authentication, database, and data synchronization.
Truecaller, where used, to assist with phone-number authentication.
Razorpay or another payment provider to process subscriptions.
These providers process information according to their own privacy policies.
We do not sell or rent your personal information.

With service providers required to operate the App.
When necessary to process payments or authentication.

Some locally stored data may need to be removed from your device separately by uninstalling the App or clearing its storage.
KaaryaBook is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
