The app collects your location to show nearby service providers, display workers on the map, and help in booking services. This location data is only used for service-related features inside the app.

KaamSaaz uses Firebase for user authentication, database storage, and app functionality. Cloudinary is used to store images such as profile pictures and service images. Google Maps is used for displaying locations and navigation. These services may process data under their own privacy policies.

We use your information only to create and manage accounts, verify users, provide service bookings, show nearby workers, enable communication, and improve app performance. We do not sell or rent your personal data to any third party.

All data is stored securely using Firebase and Cloudinary. We use reasonable security measures to protect your information, but no online system can be guaranteed 100% secure.
