We would like to sincerely thank the Sabah Tourism Board for their generous support and contribution in helping us bring the Kaamatan celebration to France for the first time. Their involvement has played a meaningful role in making this event possible.

EVENT DETAILS

Date: 24th May 2025 (Saturday) 

Time: 11am - 11pm

Fees: €50 (adult), €25 (teen 13-18 years old) & FREE for child below 12 years old

Non-Refundable Participation Fee Notice

Please note that the participation fee is strictly non-refundable. This is because all arrangements, budgeting, and preparations for the Kaamatan event are made based on confirmed participants. Cancellations, even with good reason, impact the overall planning and may disrupt the event’s flow and fairness to others.

We appreciate your understanding and support in making this event a success for everyone involved.

Friendly Reminder: Hi everyone! Just a quick and friendly reminder that our Kaamatan event is by reservation only, and unfortunately, we won’t be able to accept walk-ins.

This is a private event, and it’s important for us to know in advance who will be attending so we can manage the space, seating, and atmosphere properly, and to make sure it’s a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.

We also kindly ask that all payments be made before the event. This is because we are personally covering the costs upfront, and your contributions help us plan better and cover essential things like meals (from pre-lunch to dinner/supper) and drinks, which are all included in the price.

You're welcome to take a look at our updated menu, which we’ll continue to adjust if there are any changes or additions closer to the event.

*No smoking and vape inside the building/hall.  The plants, the flower pots and grass are not ashtrays nor are  the drinking glasses.

The No. 39 nocturne bus to Toulon-Gare Routière (terminus) departs from the Esquirol bus stop on Saturday at the following times:

On Sunday, the earliest bus from Esquirol bus stop (No. 39) departs at 06:33.
