Business Data: Business name, location, financial details (for BZNS listings), campaign details

Device Information: Device type, operating system, unique device identifiers

Usage Data: App interactions, features used, timestamps

Chat Messages: Messages exchanged between users through the in-app chat system

Location Data: Emirate/city (user-provided, not GPS tracking)

3. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

Provide and maintain the KAAF platform services

Facilitate communication between influencers, businesses, and job seekers

Verify user identities through Emirates ID verification

Send push notifications about campaign invites, messages, and application updates

Monitor chat conversations for safety and compliance (admin monitoring)

Improve app performance and user experience

Prevent fraud and ensure platform safety

4. Data Sharing

We do NOT sell your personal data. We may share information:

Between Users: Profile information is visible to other registered users as part of the platform functionality

Admin Access: Platform administrators can view chat conversations for moderation and dispute resolution

Service Providers: Firebase (Google) for authentication, storage, and messaging infrastructure

Legal Requirements: When required by UAE law or government authorities

5. Data Storage and Security

All data is stored on Google Firebase servers

Data transmission is encrypted using industry-standard SSL/TLS protocols

Emirates ID images are stored securely and accessible only to verified administrators

KAAF uses the following third-party services:

Firebase (Google): Authentication, database, storage, messaging

Google ML Kit: Emirates ID text recognition (processed locally on device)

These services have their own privacy policies that govern their handling of your data.

9. Children's Privacy

KAAF is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Data Retention

Account data is retained as long as your account is active

Chat messages are retained for the duration of the conversation

Deleted accounts: data is removed within 30 days of account deletion request

Financial records may be retained longer as required by UAE commercial law
