K.Rose is more than a brand. K.Rose comes from a struggle and a battle that lead to a passion to achieve a higher, healthier and happier lifestyle. At a young age of 15, I was diagnosed with a Auto immune disease that had little to no studies or even specialist. After many nights in hospital beds, and even more tests and procedures ; i had a diagnosis but no real game plan of fixing the problems. At this point it became a game of managing my symptoms. But little did anyone know this was a game I was ready to play! This disease took more than just time from myself and family. My dad began researching what foods did what for the body, and then together we attended classes and seminars to get a overall healthy gut. I began training myself at 16 when i had lost all feeling in both my legs. Physical therapy was not enough to get me where I knew I needed to be. I had a background as a 4 season athlete and took the background I had to advance in personal training courses. From my experiences I have first hand knowledge that everyone starts at all different levels; however EVERYONE has the opportunity to live a Higher, Healthier and Happier life. K.Rose builds not just your muscles but your mind.
