Booking Fees & Balance Payments

For most booking we request a no refundable fee upon booking to secure the date and cover our admin costs associated with your booking.

The balance will be due 30 days prior to your function date unless we agree otherwise

For Corporate Clients we are happy to discuss invoice terms

If you wish to send a payment Via Bank Transfer

then please contact us and

we will be happy to supply you with our details

In Person

We are able to take Debit / Credit card payment in person

by either Chip & Pin or Contactless / Samsung, google & Apple pay)

We are also happy to take cash Payments

Sorry but We no longer accept payment by cheque

Public Liability Insurance

PAT (Portable Appliance test)

We are happy to supply yourself or your venue with a copy of our Equipment PAT Test Certificate upon request
