In this program the association for example can conduct competitive debates in nearby highschools or primary schools ,this will help students develop critical skills such as impromptu speaking, fluency, formulating logical ideas, and speaking with confidence. Different topics can be covered. In overall, this will help students and pupils become more eloquent speakers as well as broaden their understanding of issues around the world. Those who will be in this area should adhere to the following;

They should genuinely enjoy spending time with high school students and primary pupils.
They should be caring, warm, friendly, and love to laugh.
They should be willing to put their participants’ learning and development ahead of their own experience.

They should demonstrate skills and experience in cross-cultural sensitivity and communication.

And above all, they should be educators and leaders.
6.Entrepreneurship programme:
Sustainable economic growth requires entrepreneurship. Entrepreneurs create new jobs, contribute to economic expansion, and become stakeholders in supporting a healthy business environment. As communities across the world struggle to meet employment demands, the importance of fostering a the next generation of entrepreneurs – both job creators and entrepreneurial employees – is particularly salient.
Through youth entrepreneurship programs, chamber and associations can further their membership base, support the
business community, and foster the next generation of business leaders and democratic stakeholders. Chamber- and association led youth entrepreneurship programs provide the private sector
a way to invest in economic sustainability, youth capacity development, and a new generation of entrepreneurs. They
help train youth to more easily access the workforce, whether by starting a new business or joining the existing business
community. And they also serve as a way for chambers and business associations to engage in corporate citizenship.
Youth that are economically empowered are more likely to invest in themselves and their communities, become active business leaders, and represent their business interests. Entrepreneurship
can lead young people to become more active members of chambers of commerce and business associations, invested in
creating a better and more innovative environment for their
business.This entrepreneurship program will be impacted to youths through four complementary components: education, application of skills, mentorship, and peer networking.
