Hello! I am Michelle Pruchnicki, and I am so excited to be starting my 13th year at Richfield Elementary! My husband, Ryan, and I live in Bath with our four children; Katherine, Jackson, Tucker and Lincoln. We love to be outdoors and enjoy taking family bike rides and exploring the Metroparks.

I received my Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Baldwin-Wallace College. After working in child care, I decided to pursue a Master's degree in School Counseling through Capella University. It is certainly one of the best decisions I have ever made!
