Google Forms are great tools for collecting information and short quizzes.
Today you will learn how to make a Google Form Quiz and use the Flubaroo Add-on to mark it.
Let's start by watching the short video below.
Task 1
Your first task is to create the quiz using your Google form. There are many answer types you could select, but as we are marking this using the Flubaroo add-on, we will keep things simple and use multiple choice and true and false questions.
Task 2
Next you will send your form to others in the group and have them answer it.
When doing so be careful to either select Automatically Collect respondent's username as indicated below, or create a question that asks for their first and last names.
Require Academia Britanica Cuscatleca login to view this form
Automatically collect respondent's Academia Britanica Cuscatleca username
Show progress bar at the bottom of form pages
Only allow one response per person (requires login)
Shuffle question order
Use this button to share the form with your intended recipients.
You can also view your live form and take it for test run. In fact it is always a very good idea to test out your forms first and ensure that they are working properly, before sending them to the recipients.

Shuffle question order
If you choose the Automatically collect respondent's Academia Britanica Cuscatleca username option, they will be allowed to send a copy of their answers to themselves. This could be a problem if you plan on using this same quiz with other groups as it would enable them to share the questions with other groups.
In this case it would be best to include a question that asks for their names instead.
Now that you have the results for the quiz, you will be able to view them using the View Responses option in the toolbar.
This will take you to the spreadsheet which contains their responses.
Your next step is to learn how to analyse and mark these responses.
