Core School Policies¹
Admission is granted based on seat availability and fulfillment of eligibility criteria. Submission of false documents will result in immediate cancellation of admission. The school reserves the right to refuse admission without assigning a reason.
Fees must be paid on or before the due date. Late payments will attract penalties as notified.
Students with outstanding dues may be restricted from examinations or school services where legally permissible. Continuous non-payment may lead to suspension or withdrawal of enrollment. All unpaid dues are legally recoverable.
Minimum 75% attendance is required to appear for examinations. Absence for more than 30 consecutive days without notice may lead to removal from rolls.
Medical leave must be supported by documentation where required.
Students are expected to demonstrate: Respect toward staff, teachers and peers. The school may take disciplinary action including: Warning, Suspension, Probation or Expulsion (in severe cases)
The school maintains zero tolerance for: Bullying, Harassment, Intimidation or Discrimination.
All complaints will be investigated promptly, and appropriate action will be taken.
Parents must: Communicate respectfully with staff, Follow official grievance channels, Avoid disruptive behavior on campus, Refrain from posting defamatory content about the school.
Violation may result in restricted campus access or further action where necessary.
Cheating, plagiarism, or unfair practices during assessments are strictly prohibited. Consequences may include: Cancellation of the assessment, Academic penalty and Disciplinary review.
Parents must disclose medical conditions. School may administer first aid or arrange emergency care. Students who are visibly unwell should not be sent to school.
Transport is a facilitative service, not a fundamental obligation. Routes and stops may be revised.
Misconduct in school transport may result in withdrawal of the service.
Unauthorized use of phones or electronic devices is prohibited unless permitted. Cyberbullying or misuse of digital platforms will invite disciplinary action. The school may implement monitored digital systems for academic purposes.
Withdrawal & Transfer Policy: Written notice is mandatory. All dues must be cleared before issuing official documents.
The school reserves the right to amend policies to reflect evolving educational standards, safety requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
In case of ambiguity the decision of the School Management shall be final and binding.
