Our services are only available to users above the age of 18. If we learn that we have collected data from a minor, we will delete such information immediately.

Astrologer Module

During registration, we collect:

• Languages Known

• Aadhaar Card Number (for verification)

• Certificate copies

• Gender

• Contact Number

• Profile Image

• Specialities and Experience

Purpose of collection:

• To verify the astrologer's identity and authenticity

• To approve or reject astrologer accounts

• To enable astrologers to provide services (chat/audio/video)

• For analytics and feedback display

Astrologers can:

• View user chat/call requests

• Manage their profiles

• Access analytics (performance, feedback)

Pujari Module

During registration, we collect:

• Full Name

• Email

• Address

• Contact Number

• Profile Image

• Aadhaar Card Number (for verification)

• Certificate copies (if applicable)

Purpose of collection:

• To verify the Pujari’s identity and authenticity

• To approve or reject Pujari accounts

• To enable Pujaris to manage their profile, arrange poojas, track earnings, and manage poojas in the app

Pujaris can:

• Manage their profile information

• Arrange and manage poojas

• View and track earnings

Note: Pujaris do not have functionalities like chat, calling, or live streaming.

3. Permissions Used

• Microphone: Only for astrologers, to enable in-app voice and video consultations.

• Camera: For profile image uploads and video consultations (Astrologers only).

• File/Media: To allow uploading of documents such as certificates (Astrologers/Pujaris) or to download reports.

4. How We Use Your Data

• To verify your identity

• To personalize your dashboard and experience

• Managing chat, call, and live consultation features (Astrologers only)

• To maintain security and prevent misuse

• To generate analytics and reports

5. Data Retention

We retain your data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described above. Upon request or account deletion, your data will be removed securely within a reasonable time.

6. User Rights

• Access: You may request a copy of your personal data.

• Correction: You may request to correct your personal data.

• Deletion: You may request to delete your account and associated data.
