A. User Role (General Users)

During registration, we collect:

To create your account
To allow access to astrology-related services (chat, video/audio calls)
To enable wallet payments and product purchases
To deliver your purchases (if you order physical products)

B. Astrologer Role

During registration, we collect:

Languages Known
Aadhaar Card Number (for verification)
Certificate copies
Gender
Contact Number
Profile Image
Specialities and Experience

Purpose of collection:

To verify the astrologer's identity and authenticity
To approve or reject astrologer accounts
To enable astrologers to provide services (chat/audio/video)
For analytics and feedback display

Astrologers can:

View user chat/call requests
Manage their profiles
Access analytics (performance, feedback)

C. Pujari Role

During registration, we collect:

Full Name
Email
Address
Languages Known
Aadhaar Card Number
Certificate copies
Gender
Contact Number
Profile Image
Specialities and Experience

Purpose of collection:

To verify the identity and approve/reject Pujari accounts
To allow service and pooja management
To receive payments for accepted bookings

Pujaris can:

Accept/Reject pooja requests
Manage pooja bookings
View booking analytics

3. Location Data

We collect location-related information as follows:
Current Address during registration for users, astrologers, and pujaris, used for identity verification and product delivery.
Place of Birth from users to generate accurate astrological charts (Free kundali ,Kundali Matching ,Kp Astrologer ,Panchang).
We do not collect real-time GPS location. All location information is manually provided by the user.
We do not share location data with any third parties except as needed for services (e.g., delivery partners if physical products are ordered)

4. Payment Information

Users can add money to their wallet using Razorpay.
Payment methods include debit/credit cards, UPI, net banking, etc.
Payment is required for services like chat, call, video call, and puja booking.
For product purchases, users fill in personal details, then proceed to payment.
We do not store any sensitive card/banking information. All payments are securely handled by Razorpay.

5. Permissions Used

Microphone: To enable in-app voice and video calling between users and astrologers/pujaris.
File/Media: To allow uploading of documents such as certificates (for astrologers/pujaris) or to download reports.

6. How We Use Your Data

To verify your identity and role
To personalize your dashboard and experience
To facilitate transactions and deliver services
To respond to queries and support tickets
To maintain security and prevent misuse
To generate analytics and reports

7. Data Retention

We retain your data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described above. Upon request or account deletion, your data will be removed securely within a reasonable time.

8. User Rights

Access: You may request a copy of your personal data.
Correction: You may request to correct your personal data.
Deletion: You may request to delete your account and associated data.

If a user does not want to use our services anymore, they can raise a cancellation request from the “Contact Us” page. We will process their request promptly.

12. Role-based Dashboard Access

Each login role sees a different dashboard:

Users: Can browse services, chat/call astrologers, book pujas, manage wallet, give feedback
Astrologers: Can manage profile, respond to chat/call requests, view analytics
Pujaris: Can accept pooja bookings, view requests, manage services, access earnings analytics
