We will confirm that you have a signed contract and that the deal is in escrow before we can officially work together! This is to protect both of us and ensure that the deal is legitimate ✅

We will need a copy of your signed Purchase & Sale Agreement or proof that the deed is under your name/LLC, to verify that you are the rightful owner of the property ✅

We will need the name and address of the title company that you are using, as well as the contact information for the escrow officer, to make sure they know and will be able to handle the closing process ✅

We will send you a Joint Venture Agreement to solidify our partnership on this deal. We can negotiate and confirm the commission, responsibilities of each party, etc. This agreement will protect both of us and ensure that we are on the same page ✅

Once we have agreed on a price with our cash buyer, and all of us are happy, we will have the buyer sign an Assignment Agreement. This agreement will transfer ownership of the property to the buyer  ✅

We will schedule closing for the buyer and ensure that the deal goes through. We will coordinate with the title company and our buyer to make sure there are no miscommunications or hiccups along the way. This is to ensure that you get paid and that the deal is finalized  ✅
