I am an Assistant Professor in Economics (non-tenure track) at the ifo Institute for Economic Research and LMU Munich and a CESifo Network member.
I completed my PhD at LMU Munich in 2023, including a one-year research stay at the University of Cambridge.
I study the consequences of Digital Transformation for the Future of Work and the Political Economy of the Digital Age. I am particularly interested in understanding the impact of the Big Shift to remote work and the adoption of AI on individuals, firms, and regions.
My research is partly funded by the Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft through CRC TRR 190 (pr. nr. 280092119).
My research has received broad press coverage.
