I am an associate professor at the Faculty of Philosophy of the University of Warsaw. I received my PhD and habilitation in philosophy, specializing in the formal semantics of natural language. My research focuses on developing formally explicit accounts of meaning in natural language. I combine advanced type-theoretic tools (including dependent types and monads) with experimental methods to investigate phenomena such as quantifier scope and unbound anaphora. More recently, my research has examined how large language models balance formal linguistic cues and world knowledge in language interpretation.
