My name is Wen, and I am a creative video editor and makeup content creator with experience in social media management, YouTube production, and makeup artistry.

I specialize in producing engaging short-form and long-form videos optimized for audience growth. With a strong eye for detail, storytelling, and trends, I balance technical editing skills with creative direction to deliver impactful content.

My video editing journey began in 2018 at Pink Meow Tattoo Shop, where I worked as a Social Media Operator & Video Editor, creating promotional videos that showcased the art of tattooing. Later, I moved to Vancouver and joined MAC Cosmetics, where—after a year of dedication—I was selected as one of their 2024 Content Creators. Several of my short videos were featured on MAC Canada’s official Instagram.

In March 2025, I launched my own YouTube channel, “Just Wen Doing Makeup,” where I produce livestreams and makeup tutorial videos. The channel has since grown to thousands of followers, reflecting my ability to build an engaged audience through both editing and creative direction.

Although I paused updates to my channel due to personal reasons, my newly produced podcast, mirrorball 鏡球般閃耀, a program analyzing Taylor Swift’s lyrics in Mandarin, is now available on major streaming platforms.
