You may sleep better & feel more regular. Stretching activates your parasympathetic nervous system. Which is responsible for your rest and digestion functions.
Stretching can also be a stress reliever & helps with circulation. New research shows that stretching can sometimes improve blood vessel function & lower blood pressure.
Improved mobility, posture & sports performance. Muscle tightness can negatively impact these things.
