We are a local Cottage Bakery based in Roswell, Georgia. After years of being a Pastry Chef at various in Downtown Alpharetta, such staples as "South Main Kitchen," "Lapeer," and "Up on The Roof," I have gone into business for myself. I have a passion for baking and cinnamon rolls are one of my family favorites. We have a special recipe for a delicious not overly sweet roll, complimented by just the right amount of glaze.
