I am a post-doctoral researcher at NTT research. I received my PhD from CMU, where I worked on theoretical cryptography with my advisor Vipul Goyal. Before that, I did my Bachelors in Computer Science and Mathematics at UC Santa Cruz.
Research Interests: I am broadly interested in theoretical cryptography, with a focus in quantum cryptography.
I am especially interested in the scenarios where quantum cryptography fundamentally differs from the classical setting. This includes both:
New security guarantees that are impossible classically, but possible quantumly (for example, certified deletion) and
Protocols where correctness is trivial classically, but quantumly much harder (for example, proving a quantum statement without losing the witness).
