Hi, my name is Justin Ly. I was born and raised in the Bay Area. Growing up with technology as a part of my life, I began to build an interest in it. I always dreamt of being able to create my own programs, my own games, and even robots. The idea of being able to create something of my own fascinated me. Not only that, I would be able to create entire virtual worlds with simply numbers and letters. With my love and interest for video games, this truly intrigued me. Because of this, I have decided to pursue a major in Computer Science at UC Merced. I hope that with my time at UC Merced, I will be closer to being able to create whatever I desire with my knowledge of coding.
