I am an Assistant Professor in the Department of Economics at Sciences Po, Paris.

Before that, I was a Postdoc at MIT between 2021 and 2024, after a PhD from PSE. My CV is below. 

My work is at the intersection of Development and Public Economics and mostly centered around state capacity in developing countries.

I am a J-PAL Invited Researcher and an IFS Associate.  I am the coordinator of the ANR project AFREGOV.
