This document is an electronic record in terms of Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules thereunder as applicable and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000. The Application (defined below) is owned by Justidt Solutions Private Limited a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 and having its registered office at  6/3/1090/1/0/LT/103, Tulips Legend, Off Raja Bhavan Road, Somajiguda, Hyderabad. (hereinafter referred to as “Company”).

The Services on the Application are part of a paid service and the payments made by the User shall be as part of onboarding of the User account on the Application. Before any fees are paid, the User will have an opportunity to review and accept the fees that will be charged. All fees paid once paid by the User are non-refundable. While availing any of the payment methods available in the Application, we will not be responsible or assume any liability, whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly to You.
