Justin Worthen Tree Services provides various tree care services in Jacksonville, FL, including but not limited to tree removal, trimming, pruning, stump removal, stump grinding, site grading, lot clearing, crane services, and both residential and commercial tree services.

2. Service Agreement

When scheduling services with Justin Worthen Tree Services, a separate service agreement may be provided detailing the specific scope, pricing, and estimated completion time of the project. Signing this agreement binds both parties to its terms. We require clear access to the service area, and any obstacles must be addressed by the client beforehand.

3. Estimates and Payment

We offer free, no-obligation estimates for our services. All estimates provided are based on the scope and condition of the property at the time of assessment. Any additional work required that was not initially included in the estimate may incur extra charges, which will be communicated to the client prior to completion.

Payment terms are as follows:

• A deposit may be required for larger projects or specific services.

• The final payment is due upon completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed upon.

• Payment methods accepted include cash, credit card, and electronic transfer.

Late payments may be subject to additional fees. Failure to remit payment in full may result in legal action to recover fees, and the client will be responsible for any legal costs incurred.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Clients may cancel or reschedule services by contacting us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled service may result in a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances and will notify clients as soon as possible to arrange a new service date.

5. Liability and Insurance

Justin Worthen Tree Services takes all necessary precautions to ensure the safety of our team, clients, and property. We are fully insured, covering both property damage and personal liability for our team while on the job.

• While we take every precaution, we are not liable for damage to pre-existing structures, landscaping, underground utilities, or other unforeseen obstructions unless specifically agreed upon prior to commencing work.

• It is the client’s responsibility to notify us of any underground utilities or structural hazards in the work area before we begin.

6. Property Access

By agreeing to our services, the client grants permission for our team to access the property as necessary to complete the job. We ask that the client removes vehicles, pets, and any other obstacles that may interfere with the work. Failure to provide adequate access to the property may result in rescheduling, additional charges, or cancellation of the service.

7. Environmental Considerations

Our team strives to implement eco-friendly practices by recycling and properly disposing of debris. Upon request, we may leave wood chips, mulch, or other byproducts on-site for the client’s use, subject to availability. Otherwise, all tree debris will be removed from the property as part of the service agreement.

8. Emergency Services

In the event of emergency tree services due to storms or hazardous conditions, we prioritize safety and aim to respond quickly. Emergency services may incur additional fees based on urgency, time of day, and complexity of the work.

9. Changes to Terms and Services

Justin Worthen Tree Services reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services after changes are posted indicates your acceptance of those changes.

10. Privacy Policy

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Justin Worthen Tree Services and its affiliates, owners, and employees will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of use, data, or profits.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Florida. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jacksonville, FL.
