In Itsy Bitsy Spider: Vengeance, you play as the Itsy Bitsy Spider climbing up the water spout, but with a gun. Fight your way up the water spout by fighting other bugs that are trying to stop you from getting to the top, while using your web abilities to get up faster and try to get to the top of the spout before the rain washes you out.
Itsy Bitsy Spider: Vengeance was a collaborative group project for a college class in my third year of university where we worked as a group of 9 students in order to design and implement the completed game in 8 months. For this project, I was the lead programmer; my main coding responsibilities included programming the enemies, bosses, and the toon water shader. My role as lead programmer also gave me experience leading a small team and helping others accomplish the tasks we set out to complete. This also involved managing coding conventions, coding standards, project structure, file management, and playtesting the game to help find and fix bugs in the game.
