My Mission:
Justice for Bail and Bond was created to raise awareness about disparities in the justice system and advocate for fair, evidence-based decisions when examining a case. There are numerous cases each year where bail is set too high, causing individuals to remain incarcerated because they cannot meet the payment requirements. I believe this is unjust, and attention needs to be brought to this issue. My goal is to educate the public about this problem and encourage a more balanced system so we can focus on bigger issues, such as protecting individuals' rights. Overall, Justice should not depend on wealth, and all decisions made in a courtroom should consider both the individuals' rights and the public's safety.
