1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you should not use the App.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least the legal age in your jurisdiction to form a binding contract. By using the App, you represent that you meet that requirement.
3. License & Use Restrictions
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App (except where permitted by law)
Use the App to infringe third-party rights
Use it for unlawful or prohibited purposes
Distribute viruses, malware, or harmful code
Interfere with or disrupt servers or networks
4. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases
4.1 Subscription Plans
The App offers auto-renewing subscription plans:
Weekly: $2.99 for the first week, then $7.99/week
Monthly: $5.99 for the first month, then $14.99/month
Yearly: $29.99 for the first year, then $89.99/year
These prices and plan options may be changed by us (with prior notice per Section 8).
4.2 Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You authorize us (and Apple) to charge the applicable renewal fee to the payment method associated with your Apple ID.
4.3 Cancellation
You can cancel renewal of your subscription at any time through your Apple subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the then-current paid period; you will continue to have access until that time. No refunds are provided for unused time (except as required by law).
4.4 Refunds
Except as required by law or Apple’s refund policies, all purchases are final. We do not provide pro rata refunds.
4.5 Trial Offers (if applicable)
If a free trial or discounted introductory period is offered, it is for first-time users only. At the end of the trial, the regular subscription rate begins automatically, unless canceled beforehand.
5. Changes to Plans & Pricing
We may modify our subscription plans, features, or pricing. If we increase the price of your subscription, we will provide advance notice (e.g. 30 days) and allow you to cancel before change takes effect. Your continued use after the change constitutes acceptance.
6. User Content & Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of any content you submit (your text, prompts, documents). By using the App, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, process, and use that content to provide app features (e.g. rewriting, AI operations). We do not claim ownership of your input.
The App, branding, logo, underlying software, models and all related intellectual property are owned by us or our licensors.
7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND (EXPRESS OR IMPLIED). WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS.
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR LIABILITY TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR DAMAGES (INCLUDING INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES) IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS (IF ANY).
8. Modifications to Terms
We may update or revise these Terms occasionally. When we do, we will notify you (in-app or email). Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the new Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the App.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access (with or without notice) for violations of these Terms or for any reason. Upon termination, license rights granted to you end, but Sections that by their nature should survive will survive (e.g. intellectual property, limitation of liability, dispute resolution).
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which your company is registered (specify). Disputes may be resolved by arbitration or in courts (specify) — you should pick what’s appropriate.
11. Severability & Waiver
If any part of these Terms is invalid or unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of that right.
12. Entire Agreement
These Terms and the Privacy Policy, along with any incorporated policies (e.g. subscription terms), constitute the entire agreement between you and us, superseding any prior agreement.

Trial / Introductory Offers: Only for first-time users.
Renewal & Billing: Auto-renew occurs unless canceled 24 hours prior to period end.
Cancellation: Via App Store subscription management.
Refunds: As per Apple’s policy — we generally do not issue refunds.
Price Changes: We will notify and allow cancellation.
