JUSTBEKWAS

My name “Kwasi”, in the Akan language of Ghana, simply means ‘born on Sunday’. Symbolically linked to that meaning, “Kwasi” also means ‘universe’. In such ways, my name has not only foreshadowed, but poses as an interesting reflection to my interest in space medicine.

Since the first human spaceflight of Yuri Gagarin on April 12 1961, Space Medicine has become essential for understanding human survival in space. My site highlights my space medicine journey and interesting findings along the way.
