WHY DON'T YOU SUPPLY ALCOHOL?
Michigan is a dry-hire state. This means that unless we have a brick-and-mortar location, we cannot have a liquor license. Private services are able to surpass this by having the client supply the alcohol. We provide cocktail recommendations and a shopping list with specific brands, sizes and quantities for your convenience. State law states that alcohol cannot be sold to guests in the form of a cash bar or drink tickets. The only exception to this is a non-profit organization who has been issued a Special License.
WE NEED HELP CLEARING TABLES, CAN YOU SUPPLY EXTRA STAFF?
Absolutely! We have servers and bussers available for hire for an additional fee. Our staff come with a minimum of 5 years experience and are also able to provide cocktailing service to your guests in addition to table maintenance.
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I BOOK?
We recommend booking at least 4-6 weeks in advance for your event, but we can book in as little as 1 week if our schedule has availability. If you're in a crunch, less than 1 week may be able to happen in rare circumstances. Please inquire regardless of the time before your event, you never know when a cancellation may occur!
WHAT IS DUE AT BOOKING?
We require a 50% retainer fee at booking to reserve your date along with a signed contract. The remaining amount is due 7 days before your event.
WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
The retainer fee is non-refundable. Refunds are able to be issued for events up to 7 days before your date in the event of cancellation, excluding the retainer fee.
WHAT DO YOU BRING?
Our bar kit included in every package contains: 1 6ft and 1 4ft bar table dressed with black linen, 2 - 48 qt coolers & trash cans for bar use, and a full mixology tool kit. We are able to provide mixers, garnishes, ice, cups, straws, and napkins for an additional fee to any event.
IS YOUR STAFF CERTIFIED?
Our staff is certified through TIPS or TAM and proof of certification can be provided to your venue upon request.
CAN YOU DO COCKTAIL CLASSES FOR MY STAFF, FRIENDS OR FAMILY?
