The first step to creating your list is adding a store. When the app starts, simply click the pen and paper button on the bottom of the screen to create a store. Name it whatever you'd like - you can always rename and reorder in the "Edit" screen on this page.

Inside each store, you can create as many "Sections" as you'd like to help organize your shopping. To do so, tap the Folder icon on the bottom of the page, and add your section (for example, Produce, Meats, Frozen, etc). Much like stores, you can rename these later.

To begin editing your list, simply tap "Edit List" to unlock the items and allow for editing. When finished, just tap "Done" to lock the list again - no worrying about accidental editing when shopping.

There are a few options to help with editing your list.

• Adding Items - Simply tap "Add Item" to begin adding items to a list. For ease of use, you can hit "Return" on your keyboard to start a new item after the first, or you can continue to tap "Add Item".

• Adjust Quantity - just tap the plus or minus buttons to adjust the quantity needed for an item. By default, each item starts at 1. Adjusting the quantity does not affect the "Remaining Items" counter at the top of the screen - that number reflects the overall number of items on the list.

• Reorder Items - hold and drag an item to reorder it within a section. You can also do this outside of Edit List mode, if you need to reorder on the fly (say, if you missed an item).

No need to delete items one by one when you are done shopping - just tap the trash can at the bottom of the screen to clear your shopping list. Don't worry, your sections remain in tact for future list making!

We've added a few settings to help make your shopping trips easier and make Justalist fit your needs. To access settings, just tap the gear icon on the top left of the stores screen.

• Theme - Select Light, Dark, or System (follows your devices screen mode) to allow for easier viewing.

• List Text Size - No judgement, some of us need bigger text, especially when on the go. Drag the slider to adjust text size for list items.

• Screen Mode - System Default allows your phone to sleep at the interval you have set in device settings. Shopping Mode keeps your screen on and device unlocked as long as the app is in use, allowing for uninterrupted shopping. If you leave the app, your device will return to it's default settings and sleep as intended.
