To ensure Just Research is a constructive, secure, and enjoyable experience for all participants, we ask you to respect the following:
Papers should not be longer than 30 pages, doubled-spaced, excluding citations/references.
Presenters should send papers to their discussants at least two weeks prior to the panel.
In addition to their own, participants are encouraged to attend at least two other panels during the conference between May 9-11. A program will be made available ahead of time and discussants will provide Zoom links to all interested attendees.
The Just Research team reserves the right to reject scholarship which promotes uncritical essentializing of identities, groups, and subject positions.
The conference is committed to providing a safe and inclusive environment for all attendees. Harassment, discrimination, or any form of misconduct will not be tolerated. Participants are encouraged to report any concerns to conference organizers promptly.
The Just Research Conference recognizes the importance of methodological pluralism in political science research. Presentations utilizing diverse research methods, including quantitative, qualitative, interpretive, and experimental approaches, are encouraged and valued.
