By downloading or using Just PushUp (the “App”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”).
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
Just PushUp is a simple fitness utility app designed to help users track push-up reps and session time in a clean, minimal interface. The App may include features such as:
Session start with an optional countdown
Goal-based sessions (e.g., target reps) or unlimited counting
Tap-based rep counting (manual tracking)
Pause, resume, restart, and end controls
Session summary (reps, duration, pace)
Local history of recent sessions (stored on-device)
Optional settings such as language selection and display preferences
Optional sharing features (e.g., sharing text or summaries via system share features, if available)
The App is provided “as is” for personal and non-commercial use.
Just PushUp is designed to work without requiring account sign-in. Depending on your device and enabled features, the App may request access to certain device permissions, such as:
Photos/Media/Storage access (only if the App provides export, save, or share features that require file access)
If you deny required permissions, some features may not function properly or may be unavailable.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify any part of the App
Use the App to distribute malware, spam, or harmful content
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App’s data or systems
You are solely responsible for how you use the App, including your workouts, training decisions, and any content you choose to share from the App.
Just PushUp is a tracking tool only and does not provide medical advice. Exercise involves risk. You are responsible for using proper form, warm-ups, and safe intensity appropriate for your condition. If you have any medical concerns, consult a qualified professional before exercising. Flowbit Labs is not responsible for injuries or health outcomes related to your use of the App.
The free version of the App may display advertisements through Google AdMob or similar third-party networks. We may also offer:
In-app purchases to remove ads or unlock premium features (if applicable)
Rewarded ads that may temporarily unlock benefits (if applicable)
All purchases are handled through the official Google Play Store billing system, and refunds are processed according to Google’s policies. We do not provide direct refunds outside of what is supported by Google Play.
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will always function without interruption, error, or defect, or that any issues will be corrected immediately. Use of the App is at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flowbit Labs is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:
Your use or inability to use the App
Any loss of session history, data, or settings due to device issues, OS updates, storage limitations, permission changes, or app crashes
Any mismatch, calculation differences, or tracking inaccuracies (including manual tap counting)
Any actions or failures of third-party services such as advertising networks, analytics providers, sharing components, or billing services
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or misuse the service. You may also stop using and uninstall the App at any time.
We may update or modify these Terms from time to time. The updated version will take effect once it is posted with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the App after such updates means you accept the revised Terms.
We may also update the App itself (for example, new features, bug fixes, counting behavior changes, or UI changes). Some updates may be required in order to continue using all or part of the App.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
