For our comprehensive Business Transformation, Talent Transformation, and IT Transformation service lifecycles, we offer a dual pricing approach:

• Hourly Rate: Ideal for targeted consultations, specific problem-solving, and initial strategic assessments. Please note that hourly rates can be 50% higher than the equivalent package rate and might include a startup fee. This startup fee will be applied as a 25% discount at the end of the service.

• Prepaid Packs: Designed for comprehensive support and ongoing engagement, offering a structured and cost-effective way to access our expertise. Our packs include:

• Preparation Pack: Perfect for initial assessments, in-depth strategic planning, and foundational work to prepare your organization for impact988 change. This also includes support for administration services such as inbound calls, sales support, and paralegal support.

• Coaching Pack: Tailored for ongoing leadership development, talent optimization, and continuous support through various stages of change management.

• Implementation Pack: For hands-on assistance with process optimization, technology integration, and seamless project execution to ensure tangible results.

The Deepfake Check service lifecycle offers a hybrid pricing model:

• Human-First Verification: For our core human-driven verification services, including Due Diligence, Compliance, UBO checks, and online research, we utilize the same flexible pricing as our Transformation Services (hourly rates and prepaid packs). This means hourly rates for this segment can also be 50% higher than a package rate and might include a startup fee, with a 25% discount on that fee applied at the end of the service.

Full Deepfake Check, Awareness Training, & Practical Testing: For a complete and integrated solution, including advanced deepfake detection technology, comprehensive awareness training, and practical testing, we work with Tailor-Made Prepaid Packages.

Our Impactful Communication services, encompassing Voiceover and Public Speaking, are delivered exclusively through Tailor-Made Prepaid Packages.

For greater flexibility and comprehensive support, our Prepaid Packs (available for Business, Talent, IT Transformation, and the Human-First Verification aspect of Deepfake Check) can be combined to create a tailored solution perfectly aligned with your unique business needs. Each pack is available in 30, 60, or 90-hour increments, providing options to suit various project scopes and timelines:

• 30-Hour Packs: Valid for 4 months from the date of purchase.

• 60 and 90-Hour Packs: Valid for 10 months from the date of purchase.

Additionally, our prepaid packs can be purchased not only for your own business but also as a thoughtful gift voucher for a startup, scale-up, or SME. Empower those you care about with the tools and expertise they need to thrive.

• BYD (Bring Your Device) Utilization: We leverage our own laptops, phones, and a suite of online tools including Google Meet, Google Drive, Loom, Discord, and Notebook LM. We will only require client-provided devices or specific software if your project has unique technical requirements that cannot be met by our standard setup.

• Weekly Follow-Up Meetings or Detailed Reportage: Ensuring consistent communication and progress tracking.

• Time Tracking via Clockify: For complete transparency on hours invested.

Please Note:

Hourly rates and prepaid packs cover consulting time only. They do not include subscription fees for third-party software, travel expenses, or any additional security packages required by the client. These costs will be communicated and invoiced upfront before the service commences, ensuring full transparency.
