You determine the access your users have to Partner Center by the roles you assign to them. Each program has roles specific to the business it relates to. For example, if your business is a Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) business, your users need roles specific to the CSP program, not just standard Microsoft Entra tenant management roles such as global admin.

A Control Panel Vendor (CPV) is an independent software vendor that develops applications for use by CSP) partners to enable them to integrate their systems with Partner Center APIs. A Control Panel vendor isn't a CSP Partner with direct access to the Partner Center or Partner Center APIs.

I'm running out of browsers to manage all different customers with O365. I know it should be possible to have them in a single console, but I can't add customers to my Partner console. If I click Customers, it says "To request an admin relationship with the customer, select the link below", but there is no link. According the help, there should be a "Request a reseller relationship", but it's not there. We're a verified partner and reseller and my account is a global admin.

I have a few former clients listed in my partner portal and I still have access to their tenants! In almost all cases they've gone out of business and so there's no-one there to liaise with, bar two. In no case am I still supplying any services or subscriptions. The option to "Remove Reseller Relationship" is not visible in the Partner Centre.

As searched , the Paterner Centre App in 2017 is also for Power BI for direct partners. In my understand , the app may also use the API to get the data .But at the moment I can't search for this app in Power BI Service.

I've built a solution with Power Automate and Power Apps that is integrated with Partner Center (We are CSP partners). Customers can order licenses / see their license count in the license type they choose / create a user and license the user, haven't integrated anything else yet.

I was currently thinking about how I could create a custom connector to do the leg work instead of using power automate to do it, currently cannot test obviously since Power apps is down, but has anyone achieved this here? Would love to hear your experiences!
