About Bec
Bec Read is passionate about teaching yoga and has several years of experience. She has taught group and private yoga classes throughout New Zealand and the Bay of Plenty. Her philosophy is all about providing a calm, safe environment where you can move at your own pace. Her sessions incorporate movement principles and breath work to empower the body. If you are dealing with anxiety, trauma, or difficult feelings, Bec specialises in designing sessions to address these. Let Bec help you by finding your release and inner calm.

Inquiry-based themed classes consist of exploring your internal body using breath and mind body connection. Taking time to feel sense and bring awareness to both your inner and outer self.
