Each unit is designed with high-security features and made from fire-retardant materials to ensure maximum protection. For the safest experience, it’s essential that all users follow the guidelines provided in your rental contract as well as the safety instructions posted directly on the unit.

Standard delivery and set-up are free within 5 miles of our service area, provided no exact delivery time is required. For addresses beyond 5 miles, a surcharge applies. If you request delivery at a specific time, there is a $50 fee. Delivery windows are generally two hours, beginning from the time you choose at checkout. The homeowner must be present during this window; otherwise, rescheduling may move your order to the end of our route. A $150 redelivery fee will apply if a second trip is needed.

Tables and chairs are delivered curbside only, unless an additional fee for set-up has been paid.

Yes. A deposit is required to secure your reservation. The standard deposit is 25% of the total rental cost (with a $50 minimum), though this amount may vary depending on the equipment rented. A valid credit card is needed to process the deposit.

Safety is always our top priority. We closely monitor conditions through Weather.com, and Just 4 Jumps reserves the right to cancel any rental in the event of inclement weather. If this happens, you will receive a raincheck for any payments made, which can be applied toward a future rental.

Absolutely. All of our inflatables and equipment are thoroughly cleaned and inspected after each use. We take pride in providing fresh, well-maintained rentals, so you can feel confident that your family and guests are enjoying safe and hygienic accommodations.

Before we pick up the moonwalk, please inspect it to ensure no personal items are left inside or on the equipment. We are not responsible for any belongings left behind. We kindly request that you treat our equipment with care and return it in the same condition it was received in, to avoid any additional cleaning fees.

Each item has its required setup area listed individually. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the equipment will fit in the designated space. Please note that no refunds can be issued if the equipment does not fit. The setup area should be flat, clear of debris, rocks, and trees. If you have an in-ground sprinkler system, please ensure it is turned off or scheduled not to run during the rental period.

Yes! We can often create a custom package based on your location and rental needs, subject to the owner’s approval. Our system automatically applies discounts for multi-day rentals and overnight rentals, so you’ll see the adjusted pricing when selecting the dates and times you need.

Yes, we carry a liability insurance policy. All renters are required to sign a rental agreement before we set up any equipment. For corporate, school, church, non-profit, or park events, you can be added as an additional insured on our policy for an extra administration fee.

To ensure a smooth setup and safe use of your rental, please follow these guidelines:

1. Measure Your Space: Ensure the area is large enough to accommodate the equipment. Our crew cannot move personal belongings to make the unit fit.

2. Choose the Setup Location: The equipment will be installed only in the location provided at checkout. If unsure, we can help choose a spot during scheduling, but last-minute changes may not be possible.

3. Check Your Outlet: Test the electrical outlet you plan to use to ensure it is functioning properly.

4. Ensure Proper Distance: Electricity must be at least 60 feet away from the setup area.

5. Prepare Your Lawn: Mow your lawn the day before your rental period begins. Avoid mowing the same day to keep the equipment clean and safe for children.

6. Clean Up Pets: If you have dogs, remove any waste from the yard to prevent odors or soiling of the equipment.

7. For Water Slide Rentals: Please refrain from watering your lawn for several days prior to the party. Note: Well water is not allowed.

8. Tarps: We do not provide tarps. If desired, please supply your own or request one from our office in advance.

9. Homeowner Presence: The homeowner must be present at the time of delivery.

10. Billing Verification: If the delivery address is different from the billing address, the person paying must be present with the card used at checkout and a matching ID.
