Purpose of the Evaluation

This evaluation instrument is designed to measure the effectiveness of the LMS Professional Development Program in improving participant knowledge, skills, instructional practices, and institutional LMS adoption. The evaluation aligns with established professional development and change-management models (e.g., Guskey’s Five Levels of PD Evaluation).
