His dissertation, titled 'Towards Climate and Health Justice: Focusing on Climate Gentrification, Urban Morphology, and Climate Policy,' explores the causes and complex relationships among environmental, climate, and health inequities, seeking solutions to mitigate disparities in climate risk and public health through a focus on green/climate gentrification, building morphology, and policy implementation.
