Welcome! I am an Assistant Professor of Economics at the School of Economics, Shanghai University of Finance and Economics (SUFE).

My research lies in labor and urban economics, with a focus on the causes and consequences of migration among skilled and less-skilled individuals—particularly patterns of spatial skill sorting. My work combines causal identification with theoretical modeling, drawing on large-scale public and administrative data.
