Age Restrictions: Our haunted house may contain intense and frightening scenes. We recommend that visitors be at least 13 years old to enter or enter at your own risk . Parental discretion is advised and highly recommeneded.
Health Conditions: This experience may not be suitable for individuals with heart conditions, epilepsy, asthma, or other medical conditions that can be triggered by intense visual and auditory stimuli. Please consult your doctor before attending.
Pregnant Individuals: Pregnant visitors are advised not to enter the haunted house due to the intense nature of the experience.
Physical Contact: Our actors and staff will slightly and physically touch but not harm visitors. However, accidental contact may occur in dark and tight spaces. Please respect their boundaries.
No Running or Pushing: For your safety and the safety of others, running, pushing, or any form of aggressive behavior will not be tolerated.
No Photography or Videography: To maintain the immersive experience and protect the privacy of our actors and other visitors, photography and videography are strictly prohibited inside the haunted house.
Stay on the Designated Path: Do not stray from the designated path. Our haunted house is designed to ensure your safety and enjoyment.
No Alcohol or Drugs: Entry under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited. You will be asked to leave if you appear to be under the influence.
No Weapons or Sharp Objects: Weapons, sharp objects, or any potentially dangerous items are not allowed on the premises.
Emotional Impact: Be aware that our haunted house is designed to evoke fear and suspense. Some individuals may experience emotional distress. If you feel overwhelmed, please alert one of our staff members.
No Refunds: There are no refunds once you have entered the haunted house. By entering, you acknowledge that you understand and accept the risks associated with this experience.
Respect Our Actors: Our actors work hard to create a memorable experience. Verbal or physical abuse toward our staff or actors will not be tolerated.
